In a 60 minute session, members will perform constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. The end goal is to increase work capacity over broad times and modal domains. In short, to get better.
Members will practice and train major lifts such as the deadlift, squat, presses, clean, jerk, and snatch.
They will master gymnastic basics such as pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
They will bike, run, swim, row, and jump hard and fast.
Five or six days per week we will mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.
Routine is the enemy.
